We have an indoor security camera in our house that we forget about all the time. My husband travels for work and sometimes he checks the camera to get a laugh. I say laugh because more often than not, I am doing something ridiculous like talking out loud to myself (like full on Q&A). Other times I'm prancing around in my skivvies pretending to be Beyonce's back-up dancer. More often that not I am trying out weird hairstyles and sitting on the couch watching SportsCenter.
Something else I admittedly do when I think no one is watching is sneak food that I know I shouldn't be eating (probably french fries, pasta or peanut butter)! Then I bury the evidence at the bottom of the trash can under random trash so no one finds out (mind you, I'm the only one judging myself).
There is something honest about the things you do when you think no one is watching. It's raw, unchecked and uninhibited. Check out this artwork that captures those moments perfectly.
