7 Fall Cocktails To Try Now
As fall officially approaches, we are pulling those sweaters out of storage and preparing to enjoy crisper air in the mornings and evenings. What's also great about the fall is that we can shift our cocktail palates away from more citrus-based beverages to ones with bolder cinnamon and apple flavors. One of my favorite things to do during the fall (especially the later fall months) is drive around just after the sun goes down and find a nice cozy bar where I can have a great drink that helps me usher in the season with flair. Check out some of my favorite fall cocktails below:
Apple Cider Margarita - sure to be a crowd pleaser. Try this one for an impromptu happy hour with friends or even for a boozy Saturday brunch. Get the recipe from Delish here.
Dainty's Cranberry Gimlet - an easy twist on the cosmopolitan, this cocktail is so good that you won't believe how easy it is to make. Get the recipe here.
The Godfather - if it's whisky you desire, kick it up a notch by simply adding amaretto. Don't believe me? Check out the recipe here. You're welcome!
Southside Royal - if the name isn't enough to entice you, consider the base of this drink is champagne and then the building blocks include gin, mint, lime and simple syrup. Now that's a party! Get the recipe here.
Bourbon and Spiced Pear Cocktail - this one is my favorite. Even if you're not a fan of bourbon, this drink has something for everyone. It's definitely a stunner of a drink. Check out the recipe from Holly & Flora here.
Blackberry Thyme Sparkler - for the holidays, a signature drink is a must. This champagne cocktail from The Effortless Chic is as festive in flavor as it is in presentation. Check out the recipe here. Cheers!
